In testing the OpenSIPS Perl module, I found that global destruction is happening before any requests get processed. Attached is a patch that fixes this (and simplifies the code).
Note that the impact of this bug can be subtle. There are lots of ways to write your Perl code that won't notice that global destruction happened before things even really get started. This was written against and tested with OpenSIPS 1.6.1 but appears to apply to the current SVN trunk as well. Thank you, Tye McQueen Marchex
