L.S., The tarball opensips-1.6.4-tls_src.tar.gz has been updated and uploaded again on 04-Jan-2011 16:27.
If I compile a new .deb file for debian I have to purge the old versions on my system and clear the deb cache before I can install the updated version (with the save version number). Uploading a new version in case of a minor or major bug is a good thing (and I'm very happy with the active opensips community), but maybe it is a good idea to use a subversion like 1.6.4-1 (and the next 1.6.4-2) In this case it is clear the source has been changed and it is easier to install the new version.
