tm: saving pointers to the body and the extra headers of a request sent out
from a dlg structure
- when a request is sent out, we save the pointers to the body and extra
headers
- this is usefull if we need to re-send the same request in a different
transaction (i.e. when we need to perform authetication on an outgoing INVITE)
