backport from trunk (rev #8472):
- fixed ugly bug in inserting the rport in via (in replies) when no rport or
received exists. The correct fix in this case is to force both received and
rport - RFC says that rport must come together with received.
Reported by UnixDev and wdoekes on IRC channel #opensips.
