The crash happened during load test using sipp (I cannot reproduce this at will
as it happened 20 days after i started the test).
However, the scenario involves CANCEL (PBX calling group members simultaneously
and cancelling the calls when someone answers).
So, it might be related to this one (although the segfault is not due to the
same item):
