In my scenario, the UAC always registering to the registrar with the same
call-id, which seems do not have any problems, according to the
[rfc](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3261#section-10.2).
But after a reboot(within the expire-time), the UAC then try to register with a
very low CSeq with the same call-id, then the server rejects the registration.
This, also, seems nothing wrong.
But then comes the problem, my UAC cannot register in a period of time
according to it's previous expire-time.
So, must the UAC initiate a new call-id in the very every beginning? The
[rfc](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3261) does not say anything about this.
