Sometimes, or at least in my case, the UAC uses the same call-id with a lower CSeq after a recovery or reset. Set `cseq_ignore` to a non-zero value to make usrloc ignore the CSeq when lock up contacts. See also #641. You can view, comment on, or merge this pull request online at:
