Messages are not being cut by OpenSIPS; most likely you are facing UDP
fragmentation, because the messages you are sending are probably bigger than
the MTU between `O2` and `55.456.34.4`. You should either use `TCP` to
communicate between the two servers, or try to decrease the size of the message
by stripping some headers.
