Couple of questions on the matter:
1) how do you do changes over the state of the destination IPs - via marking in
script ? or via MI commands ?
2) I see the 216.X.X.175 IP is part of 5 groups. Does the error happens only
with such shared IP between multiple groups ?
3) is the dispatcher table shared between multiple opensips instances ?
