@apsaras , this is related to a recent fix 054836 - any t_newtran() forces a
100 trying reply automatically - this is done to be SIP consistent with all
scenarios and also to be able to send the 100 trying as soon as possible.
We will have to remove the 0x01 flag as it is not doing anything anymore.
