event_rabbitmq: avoid using released memory
Reset the `tmp.s` pointer when assigning it to a structure, to avoid
freeing it when the `tmp` is reused.
Many thanks to Andrey F(@kertor) for reporting it and
Nick Altmann(@nikbyte) for fixing it.
