Hello,
Currently the opentelemetry module only populates the initial span with
the incoming message SIP details - so indeed a bit hard to correlate
across several SIP hops if a b2b or dialog topology hiding is used.
Please open a feature request under
https://github.com/OpenSIPS/opensips/issues to also attach the outgoing
full SIP message details.

tracing the OpenSIPS configuration, or are the trace and span contexts
also set in the outgoing SIP messages using the relevant SIP headers
so that the trace can be propagated through to other OpenSIPS
instances down the line for example a b2b system, or a dedicated call
centre system.
