dialog: a replicated value for a missing dialog is a no-op
dlg_replicated_value() returned -1 when the dialog is not (or no longer)
known locally, so the cluster receive handler logged
'Failed to process a binary packet 5!' at ERROR for each such value.
Under load on a full-sharing dialog cluster the backup node gets many of
them (the value can arrive before the dialog is created there, or after
it is gone) and nothing is lost: the dialog's values travel again with
its next update. Return 0, as dlg_replicated_delete() and
dlg_replicated_cseq_updated() already do in the same situation.
