I'm actually rsyncing my server on "Garr Consortium"
I'm going to change for surfnet or nluug then.

Every 1-2h, okay, I'll do that (every 1h30)

Concerning the server, it is a dedicated server with an i5 750 + 16GB Ram +
2To space disk under a 100mbit connection.
I don't use for much stuffs, so it should definitely handle the load. But
I'll monitor the load every day.
