New kernel works fine on my AMD64 laptop, with ATI card. equo upgrade pulled all the needed packages and no issue on reboot. I confirm that the kernel now handles correctly ASPM, as my CPU temperature now is ~15° lower than the older kernel, without having to explicitly pass pcie_aspm=force.
