You may try to:
- delete your xorg.conf
- run aticonfig --initial
- run aticonfig --pxl
- see which card is enabled and set eselect opengl accordingly
- reboot and pray
- if X starts, you can run amdcccle and select which card you want to use :)

It didn't work for me, however.
