Maintaining own ebuild for this stupid small change is IMO unnecessary  
additional cost.

About a file in /etc - Opera's package doesn't have anything there, so  
another package
could provide it without making any conflict. But I'm not sure it would do  
- for that
change to work I needed to modify pluginpath.ini, not operaprefs.ini.
