You've right but in the beginning I had this problem only with my 
gentoo.then with sabayon

Infact my bug report starts with Gentoo log/informations


I reported this in sabayon mailing list   March 01 (Vol 50 Issue 4) then 
Danilo wrote :

I don't remember this but few users complaining about  this problem so I 
thought of problem confined.
