I took last live build of Sabayon Forensics x86_64, added limbo and installed MATE 1.6 to see how well it worked. I know limbo is testing now, just want to point out something
equo install @mate At the installation of app-admin/eselect-sysvinit, sys-fs/udev is uninstalled. A equo deptest pulls it back. After install and deptest, MATE loads fine, but checking sabayonx86-64 sabayonuser # eselect settingsd list Available settingsd implementations: [1] systemd sabayonx86-64 sabayonuser # eselect sysvinit list Available sysvinit implementations: [1] systemd sabayonx86-64 sabayonuser # I see joost posted: xbox-360 joost # eselect sysvinit list Available sysvinit implementations: [1] systemd * [2] sysvinit Seems I missing sysvinit option. Not sure if this is relevant, just wanted to bring it up is all. Oh yea, like mva in irc I hit http://paste.pirate-party.ru/1b84ebc2.txt with installation of sys-apps/systemd.
