There's no bbswitch-07 on portage. I haven't found any bug report on the
gentoo bugzilla regarding this problem ether so don't know if the problem
affect them or not. Would it be rude to ask a bump request to them although
bbswitch-07 was out a month ago? What's a sabayon user supposed to do in
such cases?

By the way, the only thing needed is to copy bbswitch-0.6.ebuild to
bbswitch-0.7.ebuild
