I would like to push the community repositories feature a bit more, but I need your help. Since I am not using community repositories besides testing purposes, it is hard for me to find ways to improve and simplify your workflow. For example, you may be interested in scraping the current stable repos and determine if you need to rebuild your packages, perhaps due to ABI bumps, dependency changes, etc.
But, this is just an example. I ask you to open bugs at bugs.sabayon.org if you think you have new good use cases that I could implement. If we can improve community repos even more, thus "lowering the bar" for new users, we could even think about setting up a layman-like tool, which would be awesome. -- Fabio Erculiani
