Steven, dolphin-plugins is already separated from the main package,
dolphin, so if people don't need it they can ignore it. Dissecting it
further may be useful but I don't think it's worth the effort. I think
it's better for this kind of packages to be provided either with all
USE flags enabled or to not be provided at all (letting users emerge
it by themselves).

By the way, I was making a tentative dolphin-plugins-git-4.12.4.ebuild
when I found out that the original dolphin-plugins actually compile
all the plugins irrespective of the USE flags set by the user. It
installs all of them if you just enable one of the use flags,
otherwise it installs none (as in the case with sabayon). I think this
is a bug in the ebuild itself as it's not behaving as it's intented
to, am I wrong?
