Hi! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We'd have responded faster if we had something that directly suited your request. But we are a fairly small group of people. Most of our 'tutorials' are user generated on Sabayon's Wiki. They primarily address the user experience. Several of the items you mention have upstream projects. I strongly encourage you to have a look at the upstream resources whenever you can, and feel free to share what you learn with the Sabayon community.
