I tested the keyboard layout setup in KDE and for me it works correctly. As
soon as I type the username in sddm, it automatically switches the layout
to the one selected during the install.
One note though is that X in virtualbox when at the sddm login prompt does
not correctly set the display resolution. But maybe this is vbox specific.
Once logged in, the resolution is correct.
