I will not be available for a few days but don't let that delay the
meeting unnecessarily. I elaborate on my points below.
Thanks Jerrod for including them.

Two simple things.
1. It is too complicated. There are too many options in the fields with
unclear or confusing meanings, and there are obsolete ones. For example,
after clicking on New bug, there is no choice for a package request in
mainline repository! (Not to mention that maybe people shouldn't be
required to differentiate between them and SCR.)

Another example: suppose someone choices Sabayon ("All versions of
Sabayon"). I suppose only developers know what "Sabayon Tools" might be
about.

NB: there was a guide (a clicky something like "file a package request")
but it has been long gone. Plus (IMO) a guide shouldn't be needed that
much in the first place.

And so on.

2. No easy way to differentiate between bugs not checked yet and bugs
that were looked at but cannot be resolved at the moment. A new field
(prefereable changable only by staff) would be useful; or e.g. assigned
to being nonempty might mean that (it would need some configuration +
convention being agreed and respected).

There is no clear point from the "ffmpeg/libav" bump being made on what
is the course of action.

For example, is Fabio interested in doing reviews and stuff like that?
(I'd personally like my small amount of PRs being reviewed by him, but
if he doesn't have time or whatever, or needs more of it, that's
certainly fine, but some notice about it would be great.)
