Something running as root perhaps via devel-su wrote to the dconf database.

No changes made to the source, SDK builds and deploys without problems. But when app is launched on phone, I get lots of following errors: (process:23185): dconf-CRITICAL **: unable to create file '/run/user/100000/dconf/user': Permission denied. dconf will not work properly.
