I'd suggest to sync with changes in Kannel's CVS tree, in terms of changed in
the gwlib/list.[ch] module for the naming conventions?
I'll send a patch that does this in a couple of hours.
BTW, I'd also discuss the Kannel patch that you use. Any point that is of
general interest should go into Kannel CVS itself, rather then patching manually
via Mbuni users.
