Regarding this section about using `dcfldd`, `dd` or the script `ddimage`:
When this command completes, take the card out of the SD reader and insert it
into your Pi.
Some systems may auto mount the 2 x new partitions on the SD card (OS X does,
as soon as the `dd` command is finished). If the OS does auto mount the card,
there will be 2 x partitions mounted - “boot: & “Untitled”. If they are not
unmounted, *bad* things might happen to the OS or the file system on the SD
card, if the card is just pulled.
