By coincidence, we have a custom of going out for a (relatively inexpensive)
steak dinner every other Wednesday; tomorrow night is the next instance.

It was actually Cathy who pushed for this after she noticed how much my morale
is improved by red meat and salad - she has come to regard steak night as
an important part of the regular husband-maintainance program.  I defer
to her wisdom in this.

Usually she chooses something less expensive as a way to contain costs.
Tomorrow she gets filet mignon.
