Usually it's --refclock=all.

I'm not seeing a problem here.  Isn't it trvial to get those names from,
e.g., https://docs.ntpsec.org/latest/refclock.html ?

Oh, it isn't.

Amar, how often does that page get rebuilt fromm the repository tip?  It just
changed drastically.
