I guess I did not wait long enough. ntpd, and ntpmon, hang for
about three minutes, then wake up fine. Hang is at: 2134-03-01T17:57:35
How do we explain that?
So. I guesss this brings up a feature request. Since ntpd sees many
chimers on startup, maybe it should wait a tad before deciding that
the PPS is sane? Not sure there is a sane improvement here...
And this on a RasPi not always on net. Not sure I like requiring minsane
more than 1.
