Another Emily Litella moment. never mind.  After all that bisecting my
git tree of ntpsec was all out of whack.  Cloning a fresh repo and the
warnings went away.

So the CI is fine, but maybe should have the extra flags I use.

But my ntpd segfault remains.  The bad string which I suspected was
already fixed.
