You are authorizing them to scna NTPsec directly from the GitLab
repo.  It is already authorized, so they jut want to get your
login for it too.  If you have a coverity account, I can just add
you to the NTPsec account.

I just added JamesB192 to the account.

Yes, but that is mostly for auth porposes, they pull NTPsec from
GitlAb.

Yup.

Dunno, hours to days, depends.  Just have them send you an email.  I
just pushed some fixes to gpsd, and the coverity report took maybe 30
minutes.
