Hi everyone,
It's difficult to review patches that include code changes as well as
file renames, so let's keep them separated. I mean, one patch for the
substantive code changes, and a separate
patch that just renames files or moves blocks between files.
If needed, they can be merged before submitting upstream, or two sets
can be mailed out, one for review, and a merged one for integration.
If we miss some critical change because of the renames,
we'll be sorry later.
