Yes.

Yes, but it is old and not maintained and even when it was new it was 
not really maintained - it was just ported to see how it would work I 
think. It is really good for finding bugs in the initiator because it 
will send wrong IOs or die out of now where so it really stresses the 
recovery on the initiator :) It is what I used to fix lots of bugs in 
the fc_fcp.c and fc_exch.c code.
