Hello,

I'd like to rename two of our repositories. This is what I'd like to
do-

mv open-fcoe.git fcoe-utils.git

- "open-fcoe" doesn't really say anything other than the code came from
this project. At one point we had considered putting everything needed
in the open-fcoe.git repository (driver code, user space, etc...) so
that everything you needed for open-fcoe would be in one place. That
seems like more trouble (maintenance) than it's worth so I'd like to
drop that idea.

Also, at least one distro is using -utils to identify user space
utilities, so I think this helps our repository line up better with that
convention.

mv fcoe-features.git fcoe-next.git

- Both linux-next and net-next use the "-next" identifier for trees that
are targeting the next merge window. I think we should be better focused
on merge windows and not the division of "features" vs. "fixes".
linux-scsi uses "scsi-misc" but I don't think that's strong of a name as
"-next".

I also considered renaming "fcoe-fixes.git" to "fcoe-rc-fixes.git" or
"fcoe-regressions" but I don't really like either any more than the
existing name.

If I don't hear any strong objections I'll make this change later this
week (Wednesday at the earliest) and update the Wiki.

Thanks, //Rob
