I found an issue with that patch, in that it caused the FCP receive
path to always calculate CRCs in software even when they had already
been calculated and checked by hardware. Rob took the patch out of the
tree and was working on fixing it, but he's out on vacation right now.
We should have it fixed and back in the tree soon.
