Works for me also, and I agree REC_TOV can be fixed later while this
patch is good to fix ELS & CT TOV.
Thanks to you both James and Joe on clarifying these FC timer related
aspects though I might have jumped into bit off topic mainly on REC_TOV
which is not changed by this patch.
