These two patches are supposed to fix HBAAPILIB.c, which bears SNIA license, so
I am fixing the hbaapi2.2.patch file here. When the HBAAPILIB.c is copied
and patched to hbaapilib.c used to build the library, the fixes are rolled in.
It's kind of awkward but does not seem be another way around w/o touching
the original SNIA C code directly.
