Hi,
I rebased fcoe-next to scsi-misc since our outstanding patches on
linux-scsi were committed to that repository; fcoe-next is now at rc3.
I've also committed the remaining patches from patchwork to fcoe-next
and mailed them up to linux-scsi.
For userspace, I committed all outstanding patches and tagged the tree
since we've had considerable changes since the last tag.
