These are needed for doing em list cloning explicitly even after the patch "remove duplicate ema_list init", otherwise npiv won't work anymore, I commented for doing this way or not at https://lists.open-fcoe.org/pipermail/devel/2011-March/011207.html and then only went w/ this approach.
