The following patches add DCB IEEE support, 802.1Qaz, to fcoemon. When in
that mode of operation, fcoemon gets status from the kernel rather than
from lldpad. lldpad is still connected in the event that operation should
revert to CEE mode, or in case there are some IEEE-enabled interfaces and
some CEE interfaces.
