I'd rather prefer to give the choice to implementors to choose between
libmapi or libmapiadmin functions for profile creation rather than
mixing them.

What about a mapiadmin_user_autoprofile function which would do the job?
This would only require to change a limited set of IProfAdmin functions
from static to _PUBLIC_. Since libmapiadmin relies on libmapi, this can
be done easily.
