i'm behind a proxy so i can't get the newset using GIT (is there a way to fetch 
it via svn?)

i got samba src in the opensuse repository, it was 30 aprli updated so i 
thought they were new

That's too old (february) - you'll need a Samba version from early april
at least to be able to use openchange trunk.
