backport:
- bug fixed - transactions that gave error during relay stick into memory
for ever. This memory leak occures only when using directly from script
the "t_forward_nonack" function.
Description:
by marking the transaction as "forwarded" before doing the relay, in error
cases the transaction is neither interted into wait timers, neither catched
by post script TM callback (as marked as forwarded)
