Hmmm, so you'd move part of the logic into openser.cfg ? I guess users would miss that one too easily, wouldn't they ?

IMO the solution should avoid to complex openser.cfg scripts.

If a message (request or response) does not contain an SDP, force_rtp_proxy should return without doing anything.

If a message (request or response) contains an SDP, force_rtp_proxy should:
 1. check if session exits. If yes, update the session. update
    means.
 2. if no sessions exists, create the session
