Summary: Export connection information from mediaproxy module
Initial Comment:
In function UseMediaProxy build a string containing
the connection information for each media:
- call id
- media type
- mediaproxy daemon IP address
- allocated RTP port on mediaproxy daemon
- client IP address
- IP address from SDP
- RTP port from SDP
These strings are filled in AVP.
The AVP number is given as a new exported parameter.
