I'm more concerned if the User-Name AVP is not mandatory by
specifications about RADIUS accounting for SIP. I do not want to break
any spec, if exists.

i'll soon do a test if request from openser to freeradius works without
User-Name attribute. it is not a problem even if it does not, because
User-Name can always be added as an extra attribute.
