static mapping will be a bit complicated as for each flag you have to
define a parameter to be able to map it to a script flag. Also
corresponding internal flags must be defined (as for the ant flag).

it would be great to have new script commands to set/test these flags.
i suggested something more modest, i.e., mapping of regular flags to a
couple of new reg flags in the same way nat_flag now works.
