Hello,

so far, in the CVS version, the commits were recorded via cvs mailing
list to be available for browse online. Unfortunately the SVN at
sourceforge is pretty much restrictive and not very flexible in
configuration.

We managed to make email translation for developers inside mailserver of
openser site. Now we have to fork SVN commits to devel and cvs mailing
lists. We are not that server admins around, maybe someone can help with
that. So, what we need:
- messages coming from [EMAIL PROTECTED] with SVN in subject and
destination devel@openser.org to be replicated to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Hello Daniel,

i hope you had a good return journey back to bucarest. :-)

yes, thanks. Hope for you as well! Was nice to meet all of you there!

I don't know the sourceforge interface, but if you have console access to the server, you can use the svn-hook mechanism [1]. This is the "svn" way of doing such things like sending E-Mail after a commit. I normally use a simple shell script there to the to send the e-mail.
Unfortunately seems that SourceForge does not provide shell access and you cannot add extra hooks. Unless we overlooked that, we have to find a solution on mail server of openser site. Maybe there is a mail admin fan of exim4 on this mailing list :-) ...

Cheers,
Daniel

Best regards,

Henning
